Information we collect
When you contact us or request a free call, we collect your name, email, any phone number you provide, your coaching interest and your message. If you create an account, we collect your account details and information needed to provide coaching: goals, workouts, messages, check-ins, progress photos, body measurements and other information you choose to share. Payment information is processed by Stripe. We may receive payment status, transaction details and limited card information such as the last four digits; we do not store your full card number.
How we use and protect it
We use this information to answer inquiries, schedule calls, provide and personalize coaching, track progress, manage your account and billing, and send service-related communications. Access to private coaching information is limited to authorized staff and the relevant client. Service providers such as payment, email, text and hosting providers process information only as needed to deliver these services. We do not sell your personal information. We retain records as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Text messages & consent
If you expressly opt in to text messages, Ascend Fitness may send appointment, coaching or account-related texts to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us using the details above. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with providers solely to deliver our messages. Providing a phone number in a contact form alone does not enroll you in marketing texts.
